Lot checks against agreed tolerance bands.

Quality
Measured before it leaves.
Quality at PrintersDom is not a slogan on a certificate wall. It is a practical system for making sure the paper that arrives at your dock can run without drama and can be traced if something goes wrong.
Incoming and outgoing checks focus on the attributes that stop presses: caliper drift, moisture imbalance, damaged edges, and packaging failures that expose sheets to humidity. We document lots so claims are based on evidence rather than memory.
Caliper and basis weight are verified against the tolerance bands agreed for your program. When a mill run sits near the edge of tolerance, we flag it before the skid is treated as interchangeable with the previous lot.
Moisture management continues after manufacturing. Conditioned storage and sealed packing reduce curl and static issues that appear when paper travels through seasons and warehouses. Receiving teams should still acclimate stock according to your pressroom standards.
Traceability means mill lot codes stay attached to shipments and invoices. If a defect appears on press, those codes let us escalate quickly with the right production team instead of restarting the conversation from zero.
Our claims process is designed for production urgency. Hold the affected material when possible, photograph packaging and sheet defects, note press conditions, and contact the quality desk the same day with the PRO or lot reference.
Not every complaint is a mill defect. Sometimes handling, storage, or an incompatible ink system is the root cause. We investigate honestly and share findings so the next order is protected — whether the fix is a grade change, packing change, or process note on your floor.
Customers with recurring programs can request summary quality reports for audits and supplier scorecards. We would rather your procurement team have clean data than chase us for fragmented emails.
